Valorant isn't loading up

For the past few days now ive been trying to load up valorant on my pc. It isnt loading up at all. The screen will show that its loading and then not boot it at all. I dont know if its cuz my hardware cant support the new changes or what not. i dont have a gaming laptop its just a pretty basic laptop ive attached a pic or two showing my specifications and all. If someone could help me figure out what i can do to run valo again or if i need to change anything itd be a great help. I've done the following already: Re installed the game Ive looked for updates for my graphics driver it doesn't show any ran it as adminstrator
