My account recovery complaint via customer service email is like this, I have sent a screenshot of the UC purchase from Midasbuy and prime plus invoice subscription, what does customer service mean?

It means you need to provide a purchase receipt from the last 6 months, Feb - Jul 2025.

I have sent screenshots of UC purchases via Midasbuy, an influencer top up agent, for a full year before my account was hacked, I still don't understand what customer service requires.
