Chivalry 1 FPS

Hello, after every update of the nvidia-drivers the game has < 1 FPS. In the past an update of the flatpaks or a reinstall of the game managed to fix the issue. But now nothing seems to fix the issue.
Problem: Games run on under 1 FPS after GPU driver update

Solution

So after installting via AUX and installing the game und proton, the game runs normaly (https://0x0.st/8Rpx.log)

Thank you for the advice, I am fairly new to Linux and still trying to find my way around. I used the Flatpak install since it seemed to me to be the "recommended way" to install.
Are you implying to install in antoher way (AppImage/TAR.XZ) could resolve my issue?

I already updated the flatpaks and reinstalled the named drivers and the launcher. I am going to install heroic via the aur and see if that fixes things. I will reply after its finsihed thank you!

This action doesnt happen automatically in my experience ( limited time exp with flatpak)

Ideally after rebooting the system first

Since you didnt/you lacked it flatpak guest driver was not there to interact with your system one

All of these above because Flatpak has a sandbox approach so it has its runtime that it needs to have few things installed in there to actually use your gpu

Thanks, in my eyes I did the procedure like described:
1. Update drivers
2. tried to start game -> < 1 FPS
3. Updated Flatpaks
4. Problem persist
5. further steps

Nope. Nvidia drivers ( system ) needs a full restart to actually engage.
