Black screen since UE5 update
Can't play I get a black screen on launch , tried updating my drivers. Anyone else has this/knows how to fix?

Relaunch your game and press F11 as soon as it launches
no improvement
Hmm ok open task manager > performance tab

Click on gpu tab

Select

NVIDIA from the right side
And click on clean and restart
Once it restarts

there is no signal on my entire screen now after the restart. How am I meant to dp step 2?

Check if your display cable is connected properly
Also try to connect it to motherboard and check
yeah it's connected fine, I didn't go near it. Happened a few mins after I clicked on clean and restart
a PC restart did not help
hold on I can cast to my TV
ok my screen is back after installing. Careful recommending this step not sure how I could have fixed it, I guess most people don't have a TV connected via HDMI.
There is an internet outage atm so I need to wait and see if the game works after the install
Deleting the gpu drivers should switch to Microsoft basic display adapter :val_SusgeNoted:
