Ongoing Issue – Domain Verification Not Resolved (Case #01672890)
I received this email yesterday: "Thank you for contacting Cloudflare Support on case #01672890 regarding "Auto Generated Ticket: Access Trouble - **@gmail.com". Please rate your overall support experience."
Two days ago, I contacted Cloudflare support regarding a verification issue. The support case (#01672890) was marked as resolved, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
As part of the support process, I was instructed to add a meta tag to our domains to verify ownership within Cloudflare. The meta tag provided was:
<meta name="cf-2fa-verify" value="RTOKYyCL2**" />
I added this meta tag to both of the following domains:
varos.com.br
neron.com.br
However, the issue remains unresolved.
Below, I’m including the original message that initiated the support request for reference:
A few days ago, our company suddenly lost access to our corporate Outlook email. We are completely locked out and unable to log in. After contacting Microsoft support, they provided us with a DNS record that needs to be added through our DNS provider — which is Cloudflare.
Unfortunately, we’re also unable to access our Cloudflare account because it uses the same Outlook email address for login and password recovery. So now we’re stuck in a loop: we can’t fix the DNS because we can’t access Cloudflare, and we can’t recover our email without updating the DNS.
Could someone please guide us on how to proceed or help us regain access?
We are currently on the free tier.
