Configuring orbitool O2S
So I received my orbitool o2s a few days ago and am trying to set it up but since it's not directly supported by ratos yet, I am having a hard time trying to get the printer to recognize it. Can I even configure it through the setup wizard, or do I have to go through the backend and set it up directly in the config file? I am currently using the ebb42 toolboard.

if it isn't supported yet in the configurator, then you will have to manually set it up in your printer.cfg in the USER OVERRIDES section
Or have the folder already configured, like the other ones, with all the necesary files and it will appear in the configurator
Yesterday, I was able to do this with a Fysect H36, I have it in the configurator and am also able to flash it
please enlighten on how to do this ,i have just purchased 2 of these for my rigs
Using WinSCP file manager, connect to your PI, go to /home/pi/ratos-configurator/configuration/boards, create a new folder with the name "ldo-orbitool-o2s".
Go to https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS-configurator/tree/development/configuration/boards/ldo-orbitool-o2s and download all the files, after downloading them, copy them to created folder on the PI.
Restart the PI, go to the Configurator and it should be in the toolboard selection page.

Nice one dude thank you very much
No problem
anyone else running into an issue flashing via DFU?
I keep getting this error

I've had that error before, and had to wipe the configuration tool and restart from the beginning. Something can go wrong if you've already set up the entire config before and then try to modify/flash a toolboard.
What would be the easiest way to wipe the config
Go to the first page in the configuration tool where you select machines, select a different machine than what you have and you should get a pop up that asks if you want to start over fresh or something like that. Accept that, and then click back on the machine type you are actually setting up (and will probably have to confirm the starting over thing). Then should be able to go through the setup as normal.
I'd download/backup your printer.cfg and any other custom files first as I can't remember how those are affected.
Last time I just reflashed the entire pi. Was a real pain
