val 43 + Cannot Access the Specified Device (Valorant.exe + VALORANT-Win64-Shipping)
I already tried without anti virus (windows defender), defining exception on firewall, restarting the pc / wifi, reinstalling the game, deleting dns cache, etc.

I don't know what else to do

- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After you’re done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)

when i run it needs an eternity to open
and when it opens
it freezes showing the val 43 error
it only worked one time and i don't know exactly why

I don't think so
since i installed it for the first time post update
I think it was due to the WASD (presing this keys while valorant opens) method wich for some reason worked only that time
2 times* the first time I launched it and the one using the WASD method
