Yes but Iodine's position will also change as its sn2 so it does inversion Its a requirement because iodine cant replace cl so we use acetone for NaX a side inorganic product will become ppt in acetone solution so product decreases so thats why reaction goes forward works on le chateliers principal +solved @Enamine @Sephrina
