Xcom 2 can't move soldier in tutorial mission
the game asks me to press the yellow square to move the selected soldier, but nothing happens when I do.
I remember having this issue before and the solution was to just play on steam... I rather be playing through GOG.

I installed the 2013 manually after downloading from the microsoft site. it works.
but I'll test that method too....

apperently there is a redistributalbe issue with xcom 2. that causes the mouse bug.
is there a way to make someone know about this? I think the redistributables should come from the GOG download, at least to my common knowlage.

Those packages are actually backwards compatible

I said vcrun2022 because some older versions are problematic on proton/wine
