Help Needed: PUBG MOBILE AccountRecovery (ID: 51251058339)
I need help with my PUBG MOBILE account (ID:
51251058339). My account was stolen.
I have submitted 4 recovery requests, but all were
denied despite providing all proof: old nicknames,
linked accounts, devices, receipts, videos, and even
a full Google Drive with evidence.
I'm really disappointed with the support process
and don't know what to do next.
If anyone from the official team or community can
guide me or help, I would be very grateful.
Thank you in advance!

Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do if your requests were denied

You can only post 1 Recovery request at the time. Wait 7 days for the response.
However, if it's denied, we can't help you in any way.
Your best bet is to contact them with email: service@pubgmobile.com
Anyways, did you tried recovering via forms? I can't find your ID in recovery.
Hi there!
I’ve already submitted 4 recovery requests through the official forms. All of them were denied, even though I provided full evidence: old nicknames, linked accounts, devices, videos, receipts, and even a Google Drive folder with everything included.
I waited 7 days between each submission, as required.
I'm really disappointed that support couldn’t help me despite all the proof I provided.
Thanks for the email — I already contacted service@pubgmobile.com.
If there’s any other way to reach official support or someone who can actually help, I’d really appreciate it 🙏

However, it looks like you haven't submitted Recovery through https://pubgmobile.live/support. Make sure to do it @ромочка
So I haven't submitted here yet and I don't know if it's an official form
It is the only official community support form.
Thank you for your response, but I believe that the site pubgmobile.live is not an official resource.
I checked, and the official PUBG MOBILE support works through support.pubgmobile.com or directly via the in-game support.
So for now, I won’t be filling out that form to avoid risking my account.
If there’s any official confirmation that this site is actually owned by PUBG, please provide a link.

Hi there, to make you sure it's safe link, you can open PUBG MOBILE from any account. then open "SECURITY CENTER" from the small arrow near of the Inventory button.
After that, open Personal Center > Phishing Website Scan > and add the link https://pubgmobile.live/support you will see This website is an official PUBG MOBILE website.
and it lead you to official community form created by our PUBG MOBILE Operations Manager - Error - so it's completely safe.

Thank you
