Hey there. I've been trying a bunch to solve this problem but it persists.
attempts include:
- restarting laptop multiple times
- wondows 'run' --> services.msc --> vgc stuff
- i was able to do the tutorial but then the popup came. if i restart my pc then open the game, i can use it for like 5 seconds in the lobby before it stops me.
i'd appreciate any help in fixing this. best would be hopping on a call (not for talking) so i can share my screen and troubleshoot.

What virus protection software do you have?
Or optimization apps?
I use sentinel one
I don't believe I have any
I downloaded it bc it was reccomended by my uni but ill delete it now
