Hello, I need help with a missing UC purchase in PUBG Mobile.
On July 29th, 2025 at 17:01, I purchased UC for 249.99 CZK using my O2 mobile credit (Czech Republic). The money was deducted, but I never received the UC.

• Amount: 249.99 CZK
• No order number received (because it's mobile payment) I’m attaching a screenshot of the payment confirmation from my mobile carrier (O2).
