Hello. My PUBG Mobile account was hacked on July 1st. After the hack, someone linked it to other social media accounts and changed all the information. I completely lost access and can no longer log in.
I have already contacted official PUBG Mobile support through the proper channels. However, after I deleted and reinstalled the game, my device is no longer recognized as trusted. Because of this, I cannot submit a recovery request in the "Hacked Account" section anymore.
I am the original owner of the account and I can provide any evidence needed to prove my ownership. First, I need to restore trust to my device, and then recover my account.

I’ve already tried several times to submit a request through the in-game method, but at the final step, I keep getting a message that says:
“Please submit the request from the device you previously used to play.”
But I am using the same device — I’ve been playing on it for almost 3 years.
When my account got hacked, I was very stressed and upset, so I deleted PUBG out of frustration. Later I reinstalled it and decided not to give up on recovering my account. But now, PUBG no longer recognizes this device as familiar.
Is there any other way I can verify my identity? I’m ready to provide any possible details about my character. I really care about this account — it means so much to me, it’s part of my life.
Please let me know if there’s any alternative solution. I’d really appreciate any help 🙏

Alright, I’ll follow your instructions, but what should I do if, at the end, it once again says: “Please submit the request from the device you played on”? I’m using the same device I played on, but since PUBG was uninstalled and reinstalled, it doesn’t seem to recognize it anymore, so I’m stuck at that step.
