According to the Cloudflare documentation, changes to DNS records can take some time to propagate globally. By default, changes or additions to your Cloudflare zone file will take effect globally within 5 minutes, usually much less. However, the Time-to-Live (TTL) set on the previous DNS record can affect how quickly the changes take effect.
As stated in the documentation (https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/troubleshooting/faq/), "Depending on the Time-to-Live (TTL) set on the previous DNS record, old data may still remain cached until the TTL expires."
It's possible that the TTL for the TXT record you updated is set to a higher value, causing the changes to take longer to propagate. You can check the TTL value for the record and consider reducing it to a lower value, such as 5 minutes, to ensure changes take effect quickly.
