Incorrect/weird/no voice XP awarded issues
Not sure what happened here, 2x 5xp awards rather then 740ish xp expected

Hey, I think I may have identified the issue for this case. The user was in the voice channel alone without anyone else, which wouldn't award XP because you have your minimum user threshold set to 2.
As for the other one. I'm looking into it now.
Same for this one it appears. The only difference is that it went above the threshold for a bit which caused a little bit of XP to be awarded.
there were more than 2 people in the channel both times, and the other person got full XP

Hmm. I'll put this on our radar internally. Is voice XP working most of the time besides these two cases though?

Are you sure they arent on any denylists or multipliers?

Heyo, just to clear out any permission or other channel specific errors, would you mind recreating or temporarily using a new voice channel? Make sure Kiai has the "View Channels" and "Connect" permissions.
There is a mix of create VC and static channels. Kiai had all required permissions as it's awarding xp 90%+ of the time, including in the same channels that it's also not awarding it
For example the latest report user 7090 joined that exact same created channel earlier for an hour and got xp when they left, ,then rejoined it for the big session in that same channel as reported above and didn't get xp

Hi, we're rewriting the voice XP system entirely from scratch, so just to update you, we think the new system should fix all of the remaining issues. We expect it to be released around mid September or earlier
