I don't know why my account is banned :/
My main account was banned, and I started playing with my friend's account, but it also got banned. Can anyone help me with the reason why I got banned? I didn't use any cheats, I just play for fun and i don't use any other apps to play :/

Make sure you didn't install 3rd play app which may trigger anti-cheating system.
I suggest you to do a whole phone factory restore, if it's persist again you maybe agin ban or suspended for 10 year's.
