Scam and swearing

There is a PUBG partner named 4U Khan YT , he organizes prize rooms on Telegram , when we won he found out that we were Iranian and didn't give us the prize and started cursing , i have everything to prove.. Is this really how you choose a partner for PUBG? Shame...
