Can't dismantle placed blueprint

Solution
Deleting all the merging or splitting train tracks that were placed by the bp will allow to disassemble the blueprint.
To avoid this from happening, dismantle all the merging and splitting rails in the designer and connect them after placing the blueprint in place.
