Account recovery

I’m reaching out to request help recovering my PUBG MOBILE account that I lost due to a hack in 2022. My Instagram account was compromised, which was linked to my Facebook, and unfortunately, that Facebook account was also taken over. My PUBG MOBILE account was synchronized with that Facebook, so I lost access to my PUBG profile entirely. I recently tried submitting a claim through the in-game system, but I received this message: “Claim declined. Please file your claim using a regular device. (30400044)” This error makes sense because I no longer have access to the device I originally played on back in 2022. I’m now using a new phone, and I’m trying to reclaim the account I spent a lot of time and money on.
Solution:
To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting: Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery. Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information....

that was 3 years ago, so it’ll be quite difficult. if someone’s email was logg d into the account for over 90-120 days then that usually means you can’t get to back.

there has to be a way, the account is still active, i for sure believe they can get rid of the hacker’s email or something

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting: Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery. Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information. If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
