Can’t Access My Account – Lost Phone Number but Have Twitter and Email
Hello,
I have a PUBG Mobile account linked to my Twitter and email, and I can still access both.
However, the game keeps asking for a verification code sent to an old phone number, which I no longer have access to.
Please help me disable 2FA by SMS, or provide an alternative way to log in.
I can confirm:
• My Twitter account is still active: @seqqre
• My ID: 5505411451
• Country: Switzerland (and Ukraine before)
I’m the rightful owner of the account and can prove it. Please escalate this to a higher support agent if needed.
Thank you.

Hello, @melancholic angel!
When you enable secondary verification, it is recommended to save your backup verification codes in case you lose access to your other verification methods. If you previously saved your backup verification codes, please try to use one of them to access your account.
If that does not work, to recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:...

Hello, @melancholic angel!
When you enable secondary verification, it is recommended to save your backup verification codes in case you lose access to your other verification methods. If you previously saved your backup verification codes, please try to use one of them to access your account.
If that does not work, to recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
