Question about moderation and channel activity
Hi i was wondering if there was a way to delete a message and tell a channel to ignore the activity from it so people do not have the channel in white when mods remove spam messages / scams

No. You cannot override the "unread messages" icon for users
What you CAN do is use the built in AutoMod rules (you can create/edit and react to AutoMod rules through code)
AutoMod has the unique ability to prevent messages from being sent at all, rather than being deleted after being sent (like all bots do)
issue is currently there is a wave of people sending scam images with links in their bio
automod cant do nothing abt that
do you know if there will be ever a way to 'override the "unread messages"' ?
no, bots will never get that access...if it will ever become a built in thing into the app? i doubt it but not impossible
