10 Years Ban - For No Reason

I am writing to appeal the recent 10-year ban placed on my account (UID: [51209684285]). The reason given was "use of third-party apps," but I can confidently state that I have never used any kind of cheat, modification tool, emulator (other than official GameLoop), or unauthorized third-party application with PUBG Mobile.
I have always played fairly and respected the rules of the game. I believe this ban may be a result of either a misunderstanding or a false detection by the anti-cheat system. It's also possible that I unknowingly played with someone using cheats in random matchmaking, but I had no control or knowledge of their behavior.
My device is not rooted or jailbroken, and I have not used any tools that modify the game files. I always keep my game updated through official sources and play on a stable network.
This account means a lot to me, as I have invested significant time and effort into it over the years. I request you to please review my account's logs and activity again. If any suspicious behavior was detected, I would appreciate detailed information so I can understand and address it properly.
I am fully committed to maintaining fair play and integrity in PUBG Mobile. If any step needs to be taken on my end to assist in the review process, I’m happy to cooperate.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
