10 years ban without reason
Dear PUBG MOBILE Team
i am PUBG MOBILE content creator in Facebook. I have been playing since season 2 it's been 6 years i am with PUBG MOBILE. at 03/04/2024 i was in the middle of the game with my squad when suddenly my electricity went down my power was cut so automatically my computer was forcibly shut down then using my mobile data i informed my squad that my electricity is gone i dont know when its gonna come back i will play tomorrow.Next day when i came back and tried to log into my game its showing me that my id is banned for 10 years. Then i submitted file claim with details they declined it then i mailed at service same response from them that my data was modified. Now i know and also lot of people out there who know even you guys can check for this while playing the game if your computer gets shut down Gameloop game data gets corrupted and game takes it as a file modification.if you guys check the clip of my last game you guys will understand everything when i went offline and i never came back on that night . i have done nothing worng. My precious id is gone. i invested thousands of dollars to purchase UC. Now i feel heartbroken. so iam requesting PUBG MOBILE team to look into this matter very deeply and review my account and get it back to me.if any more information is needed i can provide it to you.
