It's constraint motion Write the NLM equation for both blocks Arey nahi bhai I think this is Given information That I hile m2 moves with a m1 moves with 2a

its constraint eqn cause length of thread cannot be change jo m1 mass wala hai uski string agar x distance move kregi to m2 mass wli 2x kregi kyuki m2 mass se jo pulley attached hai uspe dono side string hai @arun

i see so u generally take 2a in qs like these? @Real potato

yeah not always 2a according to condition we decide taki variables kam ho sake are you familiar with virtual work method ?

yaha 2a hai kahi 3a bhi ho skta hai 4a bhi ho skta hai it depends on ki ek block ke x move krne se dusra ko kitna move krna pdega taki string length constant rahe oh no issue ap is chapter me hi ye pdhoge fir aasani se aap ye constraint equations bana paoge

how do u decide how much the other block will move?

the main concept is that string length should remain constant like in this example if m1 is gonna move down say x distance then the pulley around m2 the sting there will be streched by 2x do you get it?
