Project inaccessible after restore failure – Support response time?

Hi everyone, has anyone experienced this issue or know how long Supabase support usually takes to respond in PRO plan? “Something went wrong while restoring your project Your project's data is intact, but your project is inaccessible due to the restoration failure. Please contact support for assistance.” I'm worried because my project is now inaccessible. If anyone has advice or knows what to expect regarding response times, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks a lot! 🙏

@Gerardo try reaching out via their official Discord or X (Twitter) for faster support alongside the ticket. PRO users usually hear back within 24–48 hours, but delays can happen during high load periods.

It all depends on their support queue. But they normally answer quickly for PRO users. Did you receive a confirmation email when you sent in your support request.

That would mean your email wasn't received. Normally when you send a support request you get a confirmation email right after. This is a user helping user discord and the only Supabase discord. It's not guaranteed you will hear from a Supabase staff here.
