Hello everyone,
I'm facing a critical issue and would appreciate any help. My project has become completely inaccessible after a restoration process failed.
Problem Details:
Affected Project: databaserun
Project ID: jshhkcyiuklchvtfvrgw
Plan: Free
What I'm seeing:
On the project's main dashboard, there is a large error banner that reads:
When I go to the "Database Backups" page, it shows:
Additional Technical Error:
The logs also show a connection error: connect ECONNREFUSED.
What I've done so far:
I have already submitted an official support ticket to Supabase. My ticket number is SU-290616.
I've tried reloading the page and logging in again, but the project remains locked.
My question for the community:
Has anyone else experienced this issue before? I'm very concerned about the project being inaccessible. If you've gone through this, how long did it take for support to resolve it? Is there any action I can take while I wait for an official response?
