You’ve most likely won the in-game item and not the physical t-shirt. The physical one mentions that it’s a physical reward in brackets. You can check your in-game inventory to see if you got the t-shirt. There is also a section where you can check if you’ve won any physical rewards (2nd picture). It’ll show up there if you’ve won any....
