I am writing to strongly appeal the recent 10-year ban placed on my account for “Modifying the game code or data.”

I have never at any point modified, hacked, or used any third-party software to alter PUBG Mobile’s files or gameplay. I have always played fairly, respecting the User Agreement and the Rules of Conduct. This penalty is a complete surprise to me and I believe it is the result of a false detection by the anti-cheat system. It is possible that this was caused by background applications, device performance issues, or other technical factors outside of my control. I take cheating and unfair play very seriously and would never risk my account by violating the game’s policies. I kindly request that you conduct a full and detailed review of my account activity, match history, and system logs. I am confident that such a review will confirm that I have not committed any violations. PUBG Mobile has been my favorite game for a long time, and I deeply value the time, effort, and resources I have invested into my account.
