account locked??
Hi! So a few days ago I tried to log into my account but instead of the beautiful loading screen I got a message stating I am permabanned due to usage of 3rd party programms. I do not understand it. I am literally just a girl who does not understand the whole concept of cheating, when I got my first pc in februrary last year, I didnt even know that I need to update my driver and why I needed it. It took me months to understand some basics that come with owning a PC (former laptop user). I would never do anything to get banned on valorant, I truly care about my account and I just do not undestand how this could happen. I went on holiday 2/3 weeks ago and I only played a couple of matches on my boyfriends pc, he can still log into his account as normal. It is just my account that got permabanned. He only has a few apps installed such as spotify, kovaks, discord and wootility. I still truly care about my account, all the memories, time and money spent on my account- it would be just stupid of me to install any cheat and lose it all that easy. I tried getting some help in riot support, I sent around 3 tickets right now explaing my situation but I get the same automatic response. I really hope I can get someone here to help me. Believe me that I did not cheat. I know that cheaters are a big problem in a lot of games but I was not one of them. Is there a way to contact a human about this and for them check? Has anyone also had this problem? Is there a chance I will be unbanned?

well who ever played in your account but was deffo cheating
account sharing defntly and the cheater who played in the account got hwid ban and every account he played on got ban . i dont think it will ever get unban

yes, I sent about 4 tickets now but all of them get the same automated reply now
yes . but your account looks like shared account with cheater . im sorry to say this but all negative games then the games after all mvp with crazy stats

but wait maybe someone from riot will take look . but there was many ppl here few days ago and all of them said the same but end up there were sharing accounts
I was accused of cheating before, a report of my account was made on the anticheat website (VPD) but the report got denied after a few hours
U can check my whole account history, every act looks the same
Got denied because they didnt put clip of you cheating but that doesn’t mean you didnt or didnt share the account

I know you dont, but I dont think 3 games should contribute to my overall game, there was weeks when I played bad and I did not play a single competitive game in weeks

put your riot id here and wait to get chcked

no- we live in two different countries so it is impossible to bring my pc with me even if I wanted 😅🥲

I had my mum check it for me! it was also pretty hard to explain her everything what to type where and all of this but fortunately she managed!
if you find someone from riot to talk to let me know please, I've also recently gotten permabanned out of nowhere and I know I haven't done anything for that to happen. I've checked my tracker and there wasn't even someone in my account, so they couldn't even ban me for account sharing. I keep getting the same automatic response in all the tickets I submit

This is definitely not a shared account issue since i recently made a new account and even that got suspended minutes later (i havent even got on a game).. This really sucksss

yeah with mine they hwid banned me and refuse to tell me the reason why, I just keep getting the same copy and pasted bs saying "We've reviewed it and verified this behavior" over and over again on every ticket. No one will actually have a conversation about this with me

Player support will never tell you the reason for your ban no matter how you try . If you keep spam them tickets they will ban you from sending tickets

they would at least be able to tell me when it was though because that doesn't reveal enough information for cheaters to use to make their cheats better
Lmao they will just tell you it’s involved in scripting and cheating but not actual reason or clear one
its riot tos read it and its they dont have to tell you the reason its up to them if they want to or not . They can even ban you or delete your account for no reason just for fun thats all written in TOS and you agree on it
If you are not okay with the TOS they dont use thire products

I probably won't either but I'd at least like my account back because me and friends started premiere and were grinding comp so I had quite a lot to lose over nothing. Especially with how much money i've put into this stupid game
