External library thumbnail view issue in iOS and android app. Web app is fine.

Just setup immich the past week and it's incredible what you guys are doing. Thank you so much.
We're having an issue with our external library thumbnails not showing up in the app but when we try and look in the Web app it's absolutely fine and all thumbnails and images can be seen.
Both my wife and I experience this issue(she is on iOS and I'm on android) . It's my wife's external library which shows in her timeline and I view it via partner sharing.
If I view her timeline in the web app via partner sharing I can see all thumbnails and view the images of files I can't see in the app.
I've tried the beta timeline.
I've removed the thumbnail directory and regenerated all thumbnails.
Neither have helped.
Let me know what you need.
