FPS drops to 0-10 when I hover the mouse over the window after the game switched to UE5
If the window is just active but the mouse isn't over it, the FPS doesn't drop - I can walk around with normal FPS, but as soon as I move the mouse over the window, it drops to 0-10.
- All drivers are updated to the latest versions.
- No additional mouse software is installed.
- RawInput buffer in the game settings doesn't help.
- Windowed, Fullscreen, and Borderless modes don't make a difference.
Specs: R5 5600X / RX 6750 XT / 32 GiB / 1k mouse polling rate / Win11 24h2
