Account recovery

So currently im in a loop of trying to recover my account, First of all its my account, i made it i can provide a good 20+- uc receipts on it, if very needed i can even go as far as to provide all pictures from even 2018-2019 of me playing on it. Recently ive tried to log in the account like i always do ( email and code) but ever since 9th june i no longer get codes, the last activity on my gmail are loads of russian messages which i have no clue of. So like a normal sane person would do i submitted an account recovery, after filling everything in, It pops up a message saying "suspicious activity detected, please submit a claim towards the pubg security team( mind you this is ingame) and after i fill that in aswell it pops up another message saying " Use your regular device ", also mind you ive used this device a well over 3 years and ive logged into the account over thousands of times. So currently im stuck in a loop without access into my account
Solution:
If both of your requests on Google form and the in-game recovery tool are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance. Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the form requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. In this case, you will have to cross-check and keep trying....

If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request

Ive done that got rejected now sent it in again, idk why its getting rejected Ive sent a video of me looking at 30 uc receipts dating back to 2018

As previously mentioned, it keeps on saying that Unrecoqnized device even though ive used the device years.
