My account cannot subscribe to any service (Pro or R2).
Error: "failed in ActionAppendSubscription: failed to update user subscription: failed to load account from db: You cannot add or modify subscriptions or services until the outstanding balance is paid."
However, my Billing page shows no outstanding invoices.
Please check the account in your billing database and clear any phantom/outstanding balance so I can add subscriptions again.

Please do not post your question in multiple channels/post it multiple times per the rules at #😃welcome-and-rules. It creates confusion for people trying to help you and doesn't get your issue or question solved any faster.
You will need to create a billing ticket to get that issue resolved.

Cloudflare's billing system is undergoing some changes/migration. During this period, there have been recurring cases of extra bills, incorrect bills, or other issues.
To resolve these issues, create a Support ticket by using the following link (you must be logged into your Cloudflare account): https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support. There is a backlog of tickets so it might take a while to get a response.
Note that all accounts, even Free plan accounts, can create billing tickets. Tickets are the only way to resolve billing issues; we cannot help you in this Discord.
All the bills in my account have been paid, but there may be a bug in this location that prevents me from using this button.
Case (01691716) has not received a response and the R2 issue has not been successfully resolved. Can anyone handle it?

It's been three days. When will it be resolved? I can't use my business normally now. If it's an invoice, please transfer it to my account and I'll pay directly. For a company of your size, is your efficiency so slow? Can you speed things up?

Last month, my bill was sent to my account normally, and I paid it quickly without any problems. Now this issue is preventing me from re-subscribing to R2. Why was it normal last month, but not this month?

Also for what it's worth, members like me that have a green cloud next to their name are just community volunteers and not employees. We can only guide and advise based on the information we know.
I've submitted this to Community@Cloudflare, support, and discord, and it's still unresolved.
We already mentioned multiple times that the billing dept has a large backlog

Locking this thread as there's nothing else we can do to help with this issue unfortunately. You already have a billing ticket, so you will have to wait for a response there. Do not create more tickets as that will just slowdown the process even more.
I have three questions: 1. Is the billing backlog a customer issue? 2. What is the purpose of submitting feedback through the resolution window provided by Cloudflare if it fails to resolve the issue? 3. How can this be resolved?
