Got Banned Falsely
I log in my account on my pc today after a long time and saw that i was banned for third party software also with section 7 violation, i never used any 3rd party software and i was reading about section 7, that said that i was smurfing or boosting, i am ascendant from like 3 episodes atleast, i spend so much money on my account i had so many skins including arcane sherif, i am currently very frustrated. someone guide me though the process how i can get it appealed, i was reading so many feedbacks that permanent bans are never reviewed.
Last time i login it on my laptop, updated the game to new engine, i didn't even play a match on it, and next time was today i saw the ban.
