Since the update, my game has been crashing after I picked the agent. Last week, I played a championship in my city. I picked the character and my Valorant closed. I came back and managed to pick it. Apparently I got a hwid ban (I think that's how it's written) but I wasn't using cheats or any open applications while playing, as I only play Valorant and League of Legends and listen to Spotify while playing, but it seems that I let someone mess with my computer to optimize it and must have downloaded something suspicious (I don't understand much) that may have given me a hwid ban

- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After you’re done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)
