Submitting Tickets
First time I reach out customer support and submit a ticket. I was scammed by this birthday video and told to claim this free skin. After some time I got notif from my email that someone disabled the MFA and then changed the email and I do not have the access now to my account. It's my bad that I engage into this activity without any further research if it is legit or not. By any chance, when do I usually get a response from Riot when submitting tickets and is this the correct email I receive when submitting ticket. I hope it would be resolved soon.
