DH LOD Fading and Disappearing ?

Sorry to bother you guys!
I'm having trouble with DH 2.3.4-b 1.21.6
It seems like DH LOD are fading whenever i go through it, even if it's already loaded chunk, here's a video and the modlist i'm using:

It's on a Fabric Server, and all mods present on the clients are also present on the server.
