HWID False banned
Hello, I'm Harumaki#7003. I've been banned from both my HWI and my account for no apparent reason. There hasn't been a clear response from Play Support in the 20+ tickets I've opened. I just want to know why I was banned and if HWI will be unbanned. How can I appeal to confirm my identity? Player Support only replies with automated messages. Sorry for my poor English.

oh yeah btw @Kris i got val 29 like 4 times kept restarting my pc and the game worked (my internet is bad rn bc im traveling) is this normal
i didnt do anything with my firewall it just worked

And I want to know if HWID will unban it, but they ignore it.
I would like a Valorant employee to check how long it will take for my HWID to be unbanned.
But I really want to talk about unbanning my main ID too.
