i read tips on general

jk

her head seems a bit big and neck a bit long andd she needs more pronounced eyes that stand out just a little more, maybe could do some light tone of eyeshadowing but just a tiny bit
Face proportions r a little off, and for shading you need more darker n harsher shadows to give it more dimension. Basically play more with saturation and overall use darker shades a bit more often.
And the hair isnt "organic" enough. Ik jetts hair is white, but you can make it a bit greyish, so you can use pure white for lighting. Its hard to shade white hair in monochrome art
But overall you have a great start :D
