account recovery
I recently submitted the recovery form via Google Docs as instructed, but it was rejected with no explanation despite providing every piece of requested evidence. My old account is still in their database, hasn’t been played since 2024, and could be recovered.
While the current IGN has been changed by the hacker, the account’s “Moments” section still clearly shows my original IGN 『メnyxメ』 in past posts, including a pair-up username with my friend that is still visible.
When I try to submit an in-game claim, I get: “Unusual activity has been detected in your current environment. Please file the claim using a regular device.” I no longer have access to my old device from 2019–2022, so I cannot use that method.

If both of your requests on Google form and the in-game recovery tool are both rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service directly if you still require assistance.
Please note that your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the form requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. In this case, you will have to cross-check and keep trying....
