The community support from (https://pubgmobile.live/support) and the in-game recovery tool are two separate processes. Your requests submitted through these processes will not effect each other.

No, you can only submit one request per account through https://pubgmobile.live/support. So make sure all your answers are accurate and to provide all purchase receipts before you submit your request. If your request gets rejected then you can contact the customer service for assistance.

Thank you for your response. I have already tried contacting customer service via the email service@pubgmobile.com, but I have not received a helpful solution yet. I understand that only one request per account can be submitted through the form, and I realize that I may not have been fully accurate with the date of the account compromise it occurred between the 1st and 2nd aug I would greatly appreciate any further assistance or guidance on how I can resolve this issue

If your request through the community support form was rejected/ineligible then we unfortunately will not be able to help you through the community. You need to send an email to the customer service again for any questions you may have.

as of now my request is still reviewing and there is no update i really hope it will be accepted but the email i mentioned above never replied to me they told me to try again after 7 days but sadly the hacker removed my only linked account which was twitter the support is not responding to me at all i have spent years playing and paying for the game and i reached midas buy vip8 i also contacted the special support on whatsapp (dima feature) and i am still waiting for their reply my only hope now is with this form and their help Will the Dima feature be able to help me if they reply? Do you mean the personal customer service assistant feature on WhatsApp from Esteemed Player perks? If so, yes you can either contact them on WhatsApp or by sending an email to service@pubgmobile.com. Both of them are the official customer service team who will be able to assist you.

If you're an esteemed player you can connect your phone number via the in-game customer service tab to access your personal customer service agent. Did you not do the same thing to get this number?

when it comes to money or charging the game things are extremely fast but when our accounts get hacked all we see is ignorance and rejection of complaints without even reviewing them this is very frustrating how can a hacker take over an account in just one week and remove my only linked method even though I provided all the evidence and the account creation date and the invoices and even gave them my midasbuy account they only stopped at the trusted device even though I submitted the complaint from the same device

Brother, it is for us to safe keep our accounts. I would say save the recovery codes (9 codes) and add a two step verification method. With this you'll be protected from many newbie hackers. Good luck take care. I wish that you get your account back.

I have received a reply from service@pubgmobile.com saying that after 10 business days I will be able to access my account using my email with the verification code method I am a bit concerned because I also submitted a form through PUBG MOBILE Community Support and I would like to confirm if this will conflict with the resolution process mentioned in the email I will wait for the process to be completed but I just wanted to make sure that everything is progressing correctly without any issues @delfin🐬
