Well as you said the database is corrupted
You need to delete the current database and hope it won’t happen again

Server Mod

- Nether: SERVER_FOLDER/world/DIM-1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- End: SERVER_FOLDER/world/DIM1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Custom Dimensions: SERVER_FOLDER/world/DIMENSION_FOLDER/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
Server Plugin
All dimensions in one file: SERVER_FOLDER/plugins/DHSupport/data.sqlite
NOTE:
Sometimes there might be 2 additional files next to the main one with extensions .sqlite-wal
and .sqlite-shm
If there are, all 3 should be treated as a single file, a.k.a. moved, deleted, backed-up always together!
If you don't, the database will become corrupted.sorry i should of mentioned I delele these files constantly to try and fix it
As for bluescreens, have you run Prime95 - Small FFTs; All core + hyper threading?
This and DH are the 2 hardest to run programs I came across
If you haven’t ran that already, try running it for at least 30 min, if any thread crashes, your PC is unstable
So it gets corrupted every time?
Well you can also try deleting the config file and the jar and redowload it to reset everything to default
Though at this point I would blame the PC, try the Prime95 test on settings written above and come back with the results
ive redowloded everything again should i not move untill all the chunks are loaded ? says like 1hour and 43 mins so
No, you can play normally
Ok, after that it still crashed
It’s only crashing with this mod absolutely nothing crashes on my pc but this
Is the drive full or something?
If everything is good except the fact that only LOD data is corrupted, then this can only mean the underlying storage media being problematic.
So the Prime95 - Small FFTs; all core + hyper threading did not crash within first 30 min?
Did you stop after the 30 min? How long in total have you run it?
i ran it for an hour and it was fine
it stopped automatically i had it set
nope got around 200gb left of storage
Idk then
oh
so theres nothing i can do?
What's the error message on your bluescreen?
im not really sure now thinking about it , your pc ran into a problem i think?
There should be a more specific error code close to the bottom
i think it was exception access violation 0xc00005 but im not sure if that was another error code or not
i remeber searching that up but idk if it was after the blue screen
That sounds like a Java crash, not a Windows bluescreen
yea sorry im not sure what the code was
Bottom line is that software should not be able to crash your PC, even if the software was malicious. If your PC is crashing, then that's a problem on your end.
It could be any number of things, and the bluescreen stop code could be helpful to help narrow it down
is it worth it me turing distant horizons back on in hopes of getting a blue screen?
but ngl id rather not try to do that]
im not that clued in on pcs but like from an outside perspective that this is the only thing that makes my pc crash its amazing on anything else
Different pieces of software will use your hardware in different ways, and will not all cause the same amount of load or type of load. Even if Task Manager says 100% for one app and 100% for another app, that doesn't mean that they're loading the CPU equally. Stability tests are a somewhat complicated topic, and you some times have to run them for days to find certain issues.
oh
so the main thing for me to do is to run a test for days?
I'd start by finding out what type of crash your computer is experiencing. You can probably find your previous bluescreens in the Windows event viewer
If memory dumping was/is enabled on your machine (I don't recall if this is on by default), then you might also be able to analyze the files in c:\windows\minidump. There are tools specifically designed for this
I like BlueScreenView https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/bluescreenview/
BleepingComputer
Download BlueScreenView
BlueScreenView is a fantastic, free, portable application that allows you to easily view minidump files that are created when Windows stops and displays a
And that would show my previous blue screens?
Yes
ok ive got it up

hopefully that helps
Right click on the dump in the listing at the top of Blue Screen View, then click the Google search options to see what you can figure out
so what if found is that i need to do more of what ive done, driver updates, gpu power, mdsched.exe
Thankyou for your help, i did a scan or something as recommened from google after seeing what was wrong with my pc and its fixed the drive
