Client idle timeout

Is it usually possible to get maximum query (statement) duration limit increased? What's a reasonable limit that might be accepted? Currently running some fairly beefy KPI queries and started hitting the 60s timeout.. and now all of our internal tools have stopped working I've just submitted a limit increase request if anyone is able to help

This isn't something we've changed before, but I don't see major technical blockers to it. Let me surface this to our product folks (oh hi @thomasgauvin ) and we'll discuss it with the team. This'll currently take a release to go out, so it won't be something that happens very soon. Please DM me your hyperdrive ID just so I have it handy. Also please let me know if this is something you expect to need on all your Hyperdrives, or just one/a few.

We actually only have a single hyperdrive connection at the moment that connects us to our ticketing database running on our physical server. Most queries take a much more reasonable amount of time, but our KPI queries crunch years of data, but are run very infrequently. Fetching the data incrementally is probably the way to go but would require some refactoring and would probably make the process a fair bit slower overall.. and with how rarely a full query is done it didn't seem worth the work. will send you hyperdrive ID now, thanks for looking into this!

I spoke with our team, and this is something we can set up for you. It'll go out with our next release, so by middle of next week. @johtso this is going out now, you should see it within the next couple hours if you haven't already
