Hwid banned

I recently got HWID banned in Valorant for using third party, but I believe this was a mistake.
The same thing happend to my friend also. My user is Bankai#40cm
This is really an overwhelming situation because I’ve spent money on this game, and I don’t want all the friendships and memories to just disappear.
I really enjoy playing Valorant and would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can continue.
