Banned (HWID)
I got banned a few weeks back, but I've been grinding work so here I am now and I did make a ticket but they refused to actually tell me why I was banned and said that Vanguard detected something etc. I wasn't satisfied since I have been playing the game for 4+ years and I want to avoid getting banned as it is.
I happened to be playing on a LATAM account with a friend the moment I got banned I got the pop-up it showed me I was in the lobby (pre-queue) since I went to the bathroom and then it showed me this (its in Portuguese) I am NA main player but was playing LATAM because my friend plays in that region.
I just thought it was a mistake, and that I was able to deal with it later, and then I went to bed. Next time I go to play, I can't play on NA, and that's when I realized I was hardware banned, tried contacting riot support and nothing.
My NA account and alt aren't banned but the my LATAM account is. (second screenshot) Ppl can blame all they want but I never cheated and always have been against cheating, I don't know why I would get banned for cheating, because that is what is clearly says on the reason the account was locked in the first place.
Third screen is of my installed apps, I literally almost just play Valorant and the other half of my time, I'm either working or out so idk, s.o.s porfavor.
