Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

If you have already contacted them, you will need to wait patiently for a response. Customer service receives an enormous amount of requests daily, and it takes time to review all of them.
