With the current system of anticheat no, however you can get kicked if you get teleported by anti cheat repeatedly. Most cases of people saying they got false ban were either scripting caught hacking or using a fast flag that's against the rules

again also depends on there ban period there was a time when the anticheat was even worse and a lot of false bans did happen which is where there has been (rarely) unban waves
they could of just experienced that hit the 30d time period or couldn't prove anything and got perm banned
(i dont know much about pre December 22 cw so i might be incorrect on the time periods)
