Purchase error
I purchased 60 UC today on my account which I never had an issue with.
The amount was deducted from my balance but I didn't receive my purchase and it said purchase unsuccessful. I haven't received my UC but my money is gone. Please let me know if you want photo evidence or transaction/user ID

You can report the "customer service tab not loading" issue from https://pubgmobile.live/support > Bug.
In the mean time, send an email to service@pubgmobile.com for assistance with your purchase issue. They should respond to you within 7 business days....

This has happened to me but it was way way back in time.
To me it happened because my network was not stable. And at that time i didn't knew how to get my payment back or get my UC, so i just gave up.
I had no network issues at all, I purchased it and even got a confirmation from my carrier, but the uc never came in
Oh that's so sad. If you have the receipt then you can get the UC for sure.
i do, everything including transaction codes but unfortunately the in-game customer service is down as well
