The in-game account recovery tool and the community support form are both separate processes. They do not effect each other. That is why you just need to wait for the result of your request submitted through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
You may still get a positive result on the community support form even if you are unable to submit a recovery request in-game for 3 months.

It will approximately take 7 business days for you to get your account recovery results. This means only work days are counted. Weekends and holidays are not counted.
