Question regarding my account
#questions hello, so recently i made a report regarding my account being hacked but recently i got into my account because i had my phone number connected to it aswell but i lost the email, my google email has been hacked and i can't change it anymore but i logged into the account with my phone number by resetting the password with the phone, now i want to remove my email or change my email since its been hacked and i've lost it, wanted to ask if it could be replaced to a newer email since that one is hacked and could be changed anytime and i also have an on going report regarding my account but i got it back so what should i do about the report and the email?

First of all, since you can access your account back you should try and see if you can enable 2 Factor Authentication for your mobile number. If you manage to enable it, log out of your account once and select "log out of all devices". Once you do that the unauthorised person will not be able to access your account.
If you can't enable 2 Factor Authentication, you can try unlinking the Google account from your account settings.
If you cannot do either of these, your only option is to:...

like am i allowed to play knowing the person who hacked me still has access to my email?
because if he has access, he could change it any second, the reason i got access was because he couldn't change the phone number and i logged in with that
and i need to buy uc aswell but i'm just trying to make sure my account's safe, otherwise i have an email i'd like my account to be changed, i just don't understand how come that person got access to that exact gmail account but hats off to them

okay so the first one, i can't unlink the google account since it asks for verification and the password is changed so i can't even access or go to my gmail so thats a no, second let me try to activate the 2FA for the phone but i'm asking if i send a request regarding changing my email since i need my email to be attached, is it possible if it could be changed?
If you can't unlink it, you'll need to submit either an account recovery request or an unlink request.
If your account recovery request is accepted, all of your account links will be removed and the email address submitted by you will be linked.
You can submit a request in-game to get a specific login method unlinked by the customer service like this.


yes, i can't enable the 2FA yet since i had linked my number a day before i got hacked which is a coincidence but i'm happy i did it, i already made a report and i can't do anything so i'm gonna ask them to unlink or change my email, thank you for your support

so my account, i've lost access to it again and i have no idea if its the pubg or the hacker himself since now it says that the number i had my account linked with says that there is no account on that number so could you guide me on whats happening here?
or should i make a different thread for this?

it just says the account doesn't exist but i asked my cousin and she said my account was online about 30 minutes ago
so i have no idea, its verifying so they're still figuring it out but i sent out another claim to change the email

and i hope the hacker hasn't taken access to it since whoever has that account has full access and noone else can login anymore because everything is changed
That means the person on your account most likely submitted an account recovery/unlink request and got your number removed. That's why you can't access the account anymore.
You can either wait for the result of your account recovery request submitted through https://pubgmobile.live/support, or submit a new request through in-game.
how come he filed one before me even though hes the whose hacked and he doesn't have any type of details or proof so i don't think he can appeal or submit because of the questions they ask
